Website to support marketing and act as a channel for office rentals
NCC is one of the leading construction, property development and infrastructure companies in Northern Europe.
NCC is developing the office space of the future and has now launched a new project, BEAM Keilaniemi. BEAM Keilaniemi is a modern office and residential building to be built in the heart of Keilaniemi, Finland’s business centre. BEAM is a 30-storey tower block in the prime location of a rapidly developing and increasingly cosy Keilaniemi, which will soon be filled with business, residents, services and experiences.
We designed and implemented a website for NCC that will support the marketing of the BEAM Keilaniemi project and serve as a channel for corporate office leasing.
During the design phase, we paid particular attention to the website’s expression of the concept created for BEAM. BEAM is a special project. Its experiential qualities, including stunning sea and park views, make it an attractive and welcoming destination for all – residents, workers and visitors alike.
The website will visualise the future hybrid property in an interesting way, focusing on sustainability, presenting the project’s facilities and the amenities and services offered by the area in a visual, attractive and user-friendly way.
Mediasignal used WordPress as the content management system for the website and optimised the website to perform beyond the client’s requirements. An Azure AD integration was implemented with WordPress for user management. Leadoo chatbots were also integrated into the website for easy communication.
