Better service and communications more in line with the new brand image
The Best Service project is coordinated by Kuntien Tiera. Mediasignal implemented in cooperation with Kuntien Tiera marketing material for the project including a logo, website, brochure, copywriting, and roll-ups.
In connection with its rebranding in 2019, Tiera also updated its visual narrative, which can be seen in the marketing and communications materials produced in accordance with its brand book guidelines
Equal services as a goal
The Best Service project was initiated in response to a clear need voiced by municipal operators. The traditional operating models of the social and healthcare sector no longer meet the requirements of the changed world. The role of municipalities is changing rapidly, and at the same time wellbeing services in general are going through a major change.
In the Best Service project Espoo, Kouvola, Oulu, Tampere, and Turku developed a new kind of an operating environment for wellbeing services. Now these pioneers want to offer a national solution to others.
Parastapalvelua.fi lists the benefits of the service
The website contains a list of the benefits of the service from the viewpoint of different user roles, videos, and instructions on the commencement of the service. User statistics, implementation plans, new functions, and other topical information relating to the system.
A uniform look for marketing
Mediasignal and Kuntien Tiera jointly produced marketing materials for the project. Materials were produced from the viewpoints of the organizer, user, and provider of the service in a way that significantly benefits all user groups.
The logo, colour palette, and visual look of the Best Service projects were designed based on materials produced during the project development phase.
A project brochure was produced, and a series of roll-ups was designed for use at events.
Digitalisation identifies future themes with great influential potential
Together with its network of partners, Tiera helps municipal actors to develop their expertise and to manage change.
