New look for online communications
The co-operation between Mediasignal and the Tampere-based charter transport company familiarly known as ‘Paunu’ commenced in 2015. After almost one hundred years of operation, the company required modern, digital service formats and a new, fresh overall look for its web communications.
Customer oriented solutions to support business
Mediasignal approached Paunu’s desires from the viewpoint of convenience and comfort of bus travel. Another objective was to get the travelling customer interested in the service package and to follow the services offered as closely as possible.
In addition, we wanted to communicate in a novel and contemporary way the message of the company as a developing operator.
Technical solutions entailed improved functionality
In addition to thorough visual renewal of the website by Mediasignal, a number of new, technical functionalities and stimulating elements were added to the services, such as travel package offers associated with various events in different times of year.
A comprehensive schedule search and ticket ordering system were also activated under the online store as part of the new website. The visual solution was completed by a series of photos shot during the project.
