A Modern Intranet to Support Daily Hospital Work
Mediasignal delivered a comprehensive intranet solution for Coxa to support internal communication and employee guidance. The project included full planning and execution—from concept and implementation to technical delivery and integration with back-end systems. As the intranet is a critical tool in Coxa’s daily patient care, reliability and data security were essential requirements from day one.
The development process was carried out in a focused six-month cycle, and the intranet was launched on time and on budget, exactly as planned. Collaboration between Mediasignal and Coxa remained close throughout the entire project.
The intranet platform was designed to support Coxa’s daily operations by providing an easily accessible and user-friendly interface for internal announcements, guidelines, and collaboration. Thanks to Mediasignal’s system integrations, staff always have access to real-time information and critical data that directly supports high-quality and efficient patient care. The solution is scalable and adds significant value to the hospital’s day-to-day operations.
A Long-Term Partnership for Evolving Needs
Ongoing development continues in collaboration between Mediasignal and Coxa to ensure the intranet evolves alongside Coxa’s changing needs. The platform will also be rolled out to TAYS’ Mobi mobile device, a tailored tool for nursing staff that provides easy access to key applications supporting clinical work.
