While designed primarily to manage warranty workflows, eKesla also functions as an information platform for sales, supporting communication and collaboration between Kesla and its dealers.

Streamlining the Supplier Claim Process with a Custom-Built System
The most recent update addressed Kesla’s need to digitally transform its supplier claim process. As a separate development project, Mediasignal created a custom claims management system and integrated it into the eKesla dealer portal.
The new system enables Kesla to efficiently create and manage supplier claims. The process can be initiated based on either a warranty claim submitted by a dealer or an issue reported by Kesla’s production. The platform automatically retrieves all relevant data using warranty references, purchase order numbers, or item codes.
The system includes robust tools for managing the entire claims lifecycle, facilitating smooth collaboration and communication between all parties. This reduces handling times, accelerates issue resolution, and strengthens customer satisfaction.
It also includes reporting features that allow Kesla to analyze and track claim data. These insights help identify key areas for improvement and support data-driven decisions to enhance the overall customer experience.
