Akeneo is the world’s leading product experience management system (PXM) It is an Open Source system in which the expenses are formed only of the commissioning work, and not license expenses, such as in commercial PIM software.
Basic level Akeneo includes excellent features for product information management, but also licensed version Growth Edition and Enterprise Edition are available. Based on need assessment, the right system edition is selected to meet the business needs.

Commissioning product information management
In the commissioning step, we take care of, for example, determining the following matters in a workshop with the customer:
- Understanding the customer’s business
- Collecting product information from different sources
- Necessary integrations between different systems
- Different actors and roles
- Content design for different channels and target groups
- Building the product model for customer needs
- Planning publishing channels
In the commissioning step, the customer can monitor the progress of the commissioning in a test environment.
The development is monitored and steered with weekly steering group meetings.
